This comfortable holiday villa (210 sqm) is located in the countryside between Florence, Pisa and Lucca and, thanks to its position, it is ideal for anyone wanting to discover Tuscany. Set in a quiet area, it is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Its large furnished garden and the private pool is a marvellous to relax, read a good book, or lie in the sun. There is a barbecue available. The villa is located on two floors.

Villa Giotto is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a beautifully equipped kitchen with electric and microwave oven, Italian and American coffee machine. The big dining room can accommodate 20 people. The living room has a big fireplace, bathroom with shower, and a veranda with splendid view onto the gardens and with direct access to the garden and pool area.

Beamed ceilings and terracotta floors are a standard feature in all rooms. The first floor, with air conditioning, is composed of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. Adjacent to the house, there is a dressing room with shower, a laundry and a porch with view on the swimming pool. In the area shared between the villa, the house of the owner's and the dependance there is private parking.

The swimming pool (17m x 9m and with a depth that goes from the 1.6m to 2.5m), is covered in blue tile mosaics and has a springboard. 500 metres away there is a small lake exclusive to the villa and of particular naturalistic interest. Five minutes drive away is the lake "I Saici", managed by the villa's owner, with sport fishing. Horse riding, with excursions into the countryside, is available five minutes away. You can also hire mountain bikes with the possibility of guided tours. The owner of the villa lives in a house next door and he offers assistance whenever you need it.


The residence has laundry room, parking area, garden furniture and barbecue. The apartment has cooker, fridge, oven, linens/towels, central heating, fireplace, firewood, TV, washing machine, air conditioning (one floor only), American coffee machine, mosquito net and iron. Pets are not allowed.
