This air-conditioned, semi-detached house totals 110 square metres on two floors, and has its own independent access on the ground floor. The house has rustic and tasteful furnishings. There is an open-plan living room with satellite TV and double sofa bed. There is a large kitchen and dining

The house occupies a dominant panoramic position. This cosy country house is fully renovated and lies 5km from Empoli, 10km from the centre of Vinci, 35km from the centre of Florence and 50km from the
centre of Pisa. It occupies a secluded, quiet, sunny position on top of a hill - a beautifully green location. There are 30 square metres of private grounds, comprising a pretty garden (shared with the owners) with lawn, flowers and trees, swimming pool, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. There is parking by the house. The nearest shop is 2km away, restaurant 5km, bus stop 2km. There is a sandy beach 60km away, tennis 5km, golf course 12km, riding stables 5km, railway station at 5km away at Empoli. The 10 x 6 metre swimming pool (1.4m deep) is shared with the owner, who only occasionally uses it. Nearby is the main villa, where the owner lives.

The village of Sovigliana is just 2km away and has a handful of shops, whilst Vinci (just 10km away and the birthplace of Leonardo) offers a good choice of shops and restaurants as well as two Leonardo museums. It takes only 30 minutes to reach Florence and an hour to the sea, so Casa Piagga Del Priore is the perfect place to enjoy both relaxation and plenty of sightseeing.
