Casale Presciano is one of two old farmhouses (the other is Casale La Valle) located in the estate of La Pieve - both have been recently charmingly renovated to offer a selection of spacious Italian country rental apartments. They lie on opposite sides of the valley and are totally independent with their own private pools. The nearest village is Pieve a Presciano, about 400 metres away from both properties, and there guests can find a grocery, a butcher and a bakery. There are also tennis courts in the village.

The farm "La Pieve" is surrounded by a small valley that creates a wonderful landscape. "La Pieve" is located close to the Valdarno, Valdichiana and Valdambra areas, in a central position near the towns of Florence, Siena and Arezzo.

Casale Presciano is divided into four delightful holiday apartments, plus one independent apartment. Each apartment has its own private entrance, and own outdoor area equipped with table and chairs for al fresco dining. At the guests' disposal are a large garden equipped with sunbeds, BBQ, and large swimming pool (14 x 7 metres).The house is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, and is well positioned on top of a hill with views over the valley. The renovation was done with great care respecting the original features of the building. All the apartments are extremely spacious, furnished with antiques, and have terracotta floors and beamed ceilings.
