Cris, the villa was beautiful and we loved the location near shops for groceries and the bus.  They would not accept deposit in USD and this caused a problem so don't let people try.  Also the housekeeper is wonderful, but she does not understand a word of English and this caused so confusion.  It might be advisable to leave instructions on the dishwasher and washer in English.  Let people know there is no soap in the bathrooms so they should bring it with them.
