Dear Cristiano,
This is just to thank you for arranging the very efficient taxi service which turned up on time at 5.15am. We very much enjoyed our holiday in Rome and have recommended the apartment and your company to some of our friends.
I am not sure if you welcome feed back on the apartments which you rent out, we thought our was in a fantastic location, and nice, and spacious, and airy. The only disappointment was that the kitchen was not very well-equipped. I think other English visitors would appreciate a kettle and a coffee machine, some stemmed wine glasses (there was only 1), some larger cups for tea, a chopping board and a bread knife. Also, the children slept on the 2 fold out beds, but there were no sheets for them except double bed size which were a bit inconvenient. Overall though, we much preferred the comfort of a proper sitting area, ability to cook simple meals over a squashed hotel room.

I have returned from my stay at the Apartment Fontana. Thank you for your help.
The apartment was comfortable and the location was absolutely fabulous.
When we arrived, however, the woman who gave me the keys did not mention payment
and to be perfectly honest, I did not even think about it until after she had
left. I assume you will charge the remaining balance (minus original deposit)
to my credit card?
Please let me know if there is anything else I need to do.
