How do I use this site?

How do I contact you and where are you based?

Our agency has offices in Empoli, just outside of Florence. You can find all of our contact details by following this link.

Do you have English speaking staff?

What are your price bands?

We prefer not to specify exact prices in order to offer extra flexibility on, for example, last-minute offers. However, we have classified accommodation into three broad (EURO) groups: Price Band 1 is up to around €1500, Band 2 from €1500 to around €3000, and Band 3 from €3000 upwards.   (Return to top of page)

May I book online?

Yes. You may submit a booking form through our secure server.

How may I pay?

You may pay both your deposit and balance by credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or by bank transfer (SWIFT).   (Return to top of page)

What deposit is required?

We require a 30% initial deposit. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions page.   (Return to top of page)

What is your cancellation policy?

What is the security deposit?

Upon arrival at your accommodation you will be required to pay a cash (Euro) deposit to cover any breakage's or damage during your stay. This amount will be specified on your booking voucher and is fully refundable at the end of your holiday, excepting any deductions for obvious damage.   (Return to top of page)

Can I book midweek to midweek?

No. Bookings usually run from Saturday to Saturday.

When may I arrive at my accommodation?

The arrival (and departure) date will be shown on your booking voucher, and you may only arrive between 15.00 and 19.00 hours and depart before 09.30 hours.   (Return to top of page)

When are swimming pools open?

Swimming pools are usually open from June 1st until the end of September. Use of swimming pools and diving boards by children and adults is at your own risk.   (Return to top of page)

Is heating included?

The rental price includes gas/propane and electricity UNLESS INDICATED OTHERWISE. Central heating costs outside authorised times of year are an additional charge and must be paid locally.   (Return to top of page)
