The large living/dining room has French windows that open onto a splendid covered Loggia with views of San Miniato tower.

The small but fully-equipped kitchen (4 ring burner, oven , fridge and freezer, dishwasher) opens into the living room and into a huge terrace with its impressive iron gazebo is the perfect spot for memorable al fresco meals. Also on the ground floor are three double bedrooms (two with en suite bathroom - one of each with Jacuzzi) and four bathrooms.

The villa's private swimming pool (19 x 9 metres) is arguably one of the most spectacular in Tuscany and has an adjacent children's pool (9m x 4m) and a magnificent sun terrace which enjoys glorious view across the vineyards, and undulating hills of Chianti. The pool is so attractive that you may well prefer to spend most of your time there!

A bank, drug store, food shops, supermarket and post office are all 4 kilometres from the property. Please note that you need a car to stay at the Villa. Vinci (birthplace of Leonardo) and San Miniato (with golf club) are just 10 kilometres away, Florence is 30 kilometres and Pisa 50 kilometres..
